  •  Adobe: Download Adobe PDF Reader for free. Many of the pages of this site are PDFs, so you’ll need to be able to open PDFs to view them.
  • Box Office Mojo: a site that reveals what the highest-grossing movies of all time REALLY are. This site lists movies by inflation-adjusted domestic gross, the only true measure of success over time. There’s also The Movie Times, which does the same thing. For inflation-adjusted international gross, see Wikipedia. (These figures differ. For instance, this site offers some different figures.)
  • Cinema365: a site of a friend of mine, Carlos DeVillalvilla, devoted to movie reviews.
  • The Enzian Theater: the top art-house cinema in Florida (located in Maitland, just north of Orlando) and home of the Florida Film Festival.
  • Folio Weekly: the leading alternative and entertainment publication for Jacksonville, Florida. My reviews are occasionally featured in the newspaper and on the Website.
  • International Dialects of English Archive (IDEA): the world’s leading online archive of dialects and accents of the English language, as spoken by people from all around the world. I serve as senior editor of IDEA.
  • Internet Movie Database (IMDB): the bible of movie information.
  • MeierMovies on Facebook: Like MeierMovies’ official FB page.
  • Movie Brain Rot: the site of my good friend, Jim DeSantis, a guru of  exploitation flicks and B-movies.
  • The Movie Network: a site devoted to everything related to film, including latest news, reviews and even showtimes
  • The Orlando Weekly: the leading alternative and entertainment publication for Orlando, Florida. I’m a film critic for the newspaper and Website.
  • Paul Meier Dialect Services: a site devoted to dialect and accent instruction for actors. In addition to being a film critic, I serve as vice president of PMDS, which my father, Paul Meier, founded. (For a great audioblog from Paul about the importance of respectful, accurate dialect coaching in film, click here.)
  • Rotten Tomatoes: the leading film-review aggregator and archive of critics’ reviews. See how my opinions compare to those of other critics. But please keep in mind that the site doesn’t always interpret reviews correctly and sometimes indicates a “fresh” rating when a critic intends a slight “rotten” one.
  • The San Antonio Current: the leading alternative and entertainment publication for San Antonio, Texas. My reviews are occasionally featured in the newspaper and on the Website.
  • Tampa Theatre: a great, old movie palace from the 1920s in downtown Tampa, Florida, which hosts classic movies and other events. If you’ve never seen a silent film accompanied by a live Wurlitzer organ, this is the place to do it.
