Central Florida Filmmaking Lab

Central Florida Filmmaking LabThe Central Florida Filmmaking Lab (CFFL) was established in 2026 by Fred Zara and Michael Bekemeyer to allow filmmakers to screen their short movies and immediately receive feedback from a panel of industry experts. Following the feedback, a winner is announced.

The event takes place several times a year at the Aloma Cinema Grill in Winter Park, Florida. For more information and to find out how to submit your film, go here. (Films can be any genre and usually run about 4-12 minutes.)
